Brain drain : a simple perspective


 A consideration on visibility determines one's perceptionsupon about the materials. As it is seen with natural visual aids the matter is not really so. They, as science views, are orbited by electrons meant not to be in a rigid state. Rigidity is a visual perception. It is rather be in the far natural state as of our perception by the physical aids. If the perception is understood clearly then it would be easy to aware one's sense of vision. When sense of vision is trickled its easy to transform your behavioural perception. This can revolutionised internal as well as external outcomes. That results in a heavenly behavioured individual, community, nation and the whole world.

For the fundamental needs, everybody has to depend upon proper resource of income. Income is generated via many ways. Some of them may be positive and some of them may be negative as percepted by the society. In general speaking, the positive income sources are accepted by the all. The income generated by the socially approved means are the real value wealth of a person. This can be generated by many ways those have been approved by the society. Transaction of intellectuality is one among highly educated or so called elite group. A better transaction within the nation and abroad are the available options. Perceived third world intellectuals transect such type of knowledge to the abroad. On doing so they suffer from inadequately paid. Obviously, s/he working for abroad doesn't have the privileges of same as that of the citizens of those nation working for it. That is why the reward, comparatively, is lower. This may results turmoil to the concerned intellectuals. This is a very easy way to understand a general brain drain. The intellectuals of low income generating nations rely upon such circumstances. Low budgetary nations may incurage their intellectuals to have such situations. They, who suffer from the inadequate earnings, need more to fulfill family(as well as society) requirements. Therefore, there is more chances of draining brains in low income generating nations. To fulfill the above mentioned requirement/s s/he has to be appointed in such situations.

Conclusively, only having knowledge is not a sufficient tool for the progress of ideas as well so called developed nation continue their action of draining the brain so far the owns nation doesnt allow stipend her/him to successfully live in concerned society.
